Vuforiamodul will not be initialized

Can it be that in the meanwhile 3.8.0.6 version the Vuforiamodul after hooking the "Vuforia Augmented Reality Support" in the XR-Settings is not initialized any more? Under Assets you can´t see the "ressources" folder where the module should be no more .... hmmmm' ....
