webcamprofiles.xml not editable - webcam profile can't be changed

hello everybody,

I'm totally new to vuforia/unity/AR developing and unfortunately unable to even start. Using a Macbook Pro, Unity 2019.2.11f1 and Vuforia latest version, there is no webcam profile found for my camera FaceTime HD Camera. As in other thread explained I deleted the "(Built-in)" of the camera name in webcamprofiles.xml and safed to document. Error still there. Closing and starting Unity and my project now always opens the old/unmodified xml file! Does anybody know what i did wrong or has any other solution for me?

Could you please let me know what error do you see? Did you by any chance tried to start the scene?

For example I also get a warning with: " No webcam profile has been found for your webcam model FaceTime HD Camera..." but it works.

Just updated macOS to 10.15. Catalina and now the webcam connection is working and Unity isn't breaking down anymore after i hit play!
