Why doesn't forum post my question?

What the hell?! Why can't I give a question? I posted a one 21 hours ago, and it isn't in "View new posts" tab! It seems like ignored!

What can I do to post my question?

When I sent question, there was a message like "your post will be posted after approval".

Approval??? With more than 20 hours?
