World Center Not Working

Hello,

 

I have 2 ImageTargets within my scene, A and B. I have the World Center set to ImageTarget B within the Vuforia Behaviour. However, when I aim the camera at ImageTarget A, it will still recognise it, and track it.

 

I do not want this. Why is this the case, even though I've set it to SPECIFIC_TARGET on B?
