Y translation and scale on build

Hello all

I'm making an android AR app as part of my thesis to research communicating heritage information. I'm showing the interior of a room by scanning a target. The target is in real life on a table, so i put it in the unity screen on a distance above the floor. However when I build it and scan it the floor lays above the target, making the room difficult to understand. Also the scale seems to be smaller then in unity. I don't understand why it always puts the whole model above the target instead of only partly. Is there a workaround for this?
