Change from Tracking mode to Extended Tracking.

Hello,

 

I am programming one AR Application on a Windows Surface Go 2 and I need to change the Tracking mode to Extended Tracking mode once the target has found,is there any way to do this?

 

The Application can do it, but it took several tries. 

I believe this is because the vslam application does not works well, and Vuforia cannot access the IMU measurements.

 

Is there a way to speed up the process?

Can you elaborate on the "speeding up" and what you're currently encountering? Vuforia does access the IMU measurements.

Is there any possibility you can provide me a video of the extended tracking? It should work on the Go 2. I'm not fully understanding the "multiple tries" issue.
