Experience inconsistency in adding markers to cloud database

Dear Vuforia Support,

 

We have an automated test that adds several imagetarget / markers to a cloud database. But after the update last (maintenance Vuforia) we experience that some of the markers can be added and some result in an error.

Also cases that the TargetID can not be found but we see the targetId in de web portal of Vuforia in our cloud database.

Any idea if also other developers experience this?

Hi Mark,

With the last maintenance some components where upgraded internally for the web interface aka the Target Manager. However on the api side, nothing specific.

Coming back to your use-case, could you please help me with the following information:

1. What type of erros do you get when adding a marker?

2. In regards to the second behaviour: You are uploading an image to the cloud Database, a target ID in the target manager is available, but it cannot be accessed via vws? what does the error say? Does it eventually sync up? or is the target id not available?
