Making dynamic AR app with CMS

Hello.

I am asking for your inputs.

I want to make a dynamic AR app where a user makes one install but I will be able to add new contents and user gets it without downloading a new app version. Only SYNCH and the device gets data from our database.

A database must be of targets and the streaming assets to display.

Can you guide me like the steps to follow, SDKs to use and APIs. I am familiar with Unity.
