Post New Target Fail

Hello,

I am trying to upload an image to vuforia cloud using java sample but getting the fail message. I am not able to identify what I am doing wrong.

This is the message I am getting "aaa org.apache.http.message.BasicHttpResponse@d277a57 a {"result_code":"Fail","transaction_id":"fd95b134269440d79600323622619351"}"

Any help would be appreciated.
