Update existing targets (large volume)

Hi everyone,

I would like to perform update on large volume of data, is it possible to add targets if they don't exist and override the existing ones if it already exist? Currently the "existing target" error doesn't give me the target_id so I'm unable to perform the update part...

Thanks for any tips on this
