Update Vuforia database data throgh app

Hello all,

I faced with some interesting issue, i hope someone could help me here.

I want to build an app that the users will add images for target tracking to cloud database. e.g. - user see a specific shirt, he films it and add some 3d text / objects or something, and the cloud database will update. so another user will film that shirt and the tracker object will appear...
