Vuforia black screen when build to Android (Unity 2018.3.0b7)

Hello,

My Vuforia project works fine when testing within the editor, however whenever I build it to my Android device and load it up the 'video background' remains black and it won't find my image targets usps tracking showbox.

Does anyone know the cause of this?
