I upgrade my dev license to basic license a month ago. But then i don't need license and want to cancel, but there is no cancel button anywhere. I searched in internet and found https://library.vuforia.com/articles/Training/Vuforia-License-Manager, I checked but again no cancel button anywhere.
just "change plan" button exist and it says "If changes are required for your plan, you must submit a support request.". I write down my problem and received "We've received your inquiry! A representative from our team will contact you within the next 72-hours via email or phone." I send mail many times and 2 weeks passed, and team not contact with me!
I checked my account today and vuforia charged $504 yearly. And in the "https://developer.vuforia.com/legal/vuforia-developer-agreement" it says "You may cancel a License at any time". But there is not have this option!
have you experienced this problem before? Can you help?
