Hi,

In the attached log I am not able to see Vuforia Engine being init.

Furthermore I would want to highlight the fact that we support following devices:

https://library.vuforia.com/articles/Solution/vuforia-fusion-supported-devices.html

Your mentioned devices are not on the list.

As a general rule, Vuforia should work with every ARCore certified device however we are not able to test every device to ensure optimal experience, hence we have the recommended device list. ( link above)

Please attach a logcat dump with vuforia being initializing and also try the core sample app ( available on the unity asset store) on the device and let me know if the issue is still reproducible.

Thank you.

Hi,

Try to use OPEN GLES 3 with the app.

If this doesn't work, could you please provide a logcat dump? ( please provide the entire log, I would want to see Vuforia init sequence etc.)

1. Once log should be with the screen issue, shown in the jpg

2. Second log from Oppo f9.

Thank you.
