In VuMark tracking, we are facing a problem with losing/stopping AR Experience once an angle on tracking an object is near by a ceiling. tracking around a ceiling works sometimes, but it does not work sometimes. We do not know in what case this problem can be occuring or what environmental factor can be causing this problem.
Can you share an insight or recommendation to fix this issue if you have similar experience?

I don't understand the context. You recognize and track a VuMark and then go with the device near the ceiling, afterwards when the device is near the ceiling tracking is lost?

Yes, the current situation we are facing is same as you mentioned.
After we lose tracking near the ceiling, we need to re-start to detect/recognize VuMark.
Your advice would be appreciated.
