UWP sample applicaiton not recognizing vumark in stones or chips

I have built and am running the vumarks sample under win10 using a microsoft webcam.  When I run the application I get the camera feed with a reticle.  But when I point it at the printout of the chips or stones images I am not getting the duck showing up as expected.

 

Looking at the solution I don't see where the chips / stones viewmark data set is being included in the project or loaded.

I believe you are mixing features. The ImageTargets sample app uses the chips and stones targets. That dataset and media assets to print the targets are prepackaged with it.

Thank you.  You nailed it exactly.  I was crossing the streams.  Running the image target sample and pointing at the stones & chips pictures I am getting the teapot as expected.
