VuMark Export Error even with Samples

Hi, with Adobe Illustrator 2021 the export runs into the error "This document was not created with VuMark-Setup script!". This happens even to the tuxedo and the chateau example as well as my own vumark which was verified correctly. I already searched the internet and the forums here but there was no solution. Can you please help? I also tried other Illustrator Versions.

did you check the documents from the Vuforia developer portal for all requirements and steps:

the same thing happens to me, I am using the Examples from Vuforia Chateau and MortonTuxedos

I was able to solve the problem by using Illustrator 2020 (v.24.3) instead of 2021 (v.25.3.1)

so far I know the last verified version of Adobe Illustrate by the developer  team is 2019  (where it actually  it should works).
Developer mentioned hat it was also working recently for specific test  with 2020.

Also seeing the same error with the examples with both Illustrator 2022 and 2021. This is especially blocking for me because Adobe doesn't make it easy to download earlier versions of Illustrator anymore. Are there any fixes incoming for this?
