VuMark - Not Loading in Unity

Has anyone come across the issue of VuMarks not loading in Unity before and have any possible solutions? 

It happens in Unity 5.4.3 with Vuforia 6.2.6 and 6.2.10

See attached image. 

Any help would be amazing.

Could you private message me a link to download your SVG file and the device database that is encountering these problems? This will make it much easier for me to reproduce and diagnose the issue you're having.

Have sent private message however I did not receive a confirmation of it being sent after sending (took me to accounts detail page). Please indicate if this was not received.

Just to add some additional details:

None of the VuMarks created in August work. The latest working one was created in May (the 19th VuMark in the database). I'm not able to see any significant differences between the working and non-working ones.
