Developing model targets/area targets as a student

Hi, I am a student studying in Singapore Polytechnic School of Computing under the Immersive Simulations Course. I need to use area targets/ model targets for my project but I found out you needed the premium license in order to access these features. Please may I know if there is any way to access these features and use area tracking and model tracking, I am willing to pay as this is an urgent matter.
