Android Production Black Camera

Vuforia SDK Version: 8.1.7 -

Description with steps to reproduce: Using Unity 2019.1.4f1, Vuforia 8.1.7, IL2CPP backend.

Android builds in production fail to produce a camera image on initialization. The following Exception is raised.

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.vuforia.VuforiaUnityPlayer.VuforiaInitializer

Image target cannot be recognized by ios device cameras

Vuforia SDK Version: 6 (Unity 2017.2) -

Description with steps to reproduce: My image target couldn't be recognized by ios devices, yet it can be recognized well on the unity editor mode. I have tried different angles, lighting and distance while scanning, still couldn't work. -

Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Mac OS X -

Mobile OS and Version: 12.3.1, 11.3.1 -

Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: iPad, iPhone -

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: yes

iOS Export Issues

Hi all, and thanks in advance for your help and expertise.

We are working on building a marker-based AR app, displaying images and animations over various Image Targets we've loaded in through the normal database process on the developer website. We are developing in Unity on Mac OS, and continually building in Xcode on iOS devices to test.

Disparity on Stereoscopic view

Description with steps to reproduce: Hi.

I think that there is a bug on stereoscopic view of the Vuforia.

When a user take a look around with stereoscopic view of Vuforia, the disparity of virtual objects randomly changed on a specific angle.

I knows that the disparity will be changed by the change of dstance between a user and an object, but this situation is occured by just rotation.

Setting is followed.

Vuforia SDK Version: 8.0.10 -

Description with steps to reproduce: What's up, I'm using Vuforia 8.0.10 on Unity 2017.4.24f1, and iOS looks/works great, but on Android, and ONLY on the Pixel 2 and 3, the camera doesn't focus. I haven't been able to googlestackoverflow any similar issues or fixes for just those phones not working. The galaxy, htc, and LG phones we've tested on all work perfectly. Any insight would be amazing, thanks! -

CANVAS DISAPPEARS WHEN CANVAS RENDER MODE IS SET TO SCREEN SPACE - CAMERA

Description with steps to reproduce: When I set the canvas to render mode Screen Space - Camera the canvas disapppear when I press play. -

The width and height from 750 x 1334 both become to 0.

5min + load times Cordova android

Vuforia SDK Version: 8.1 -

Description with steps to reproduce: We created a plugin for Cordova from our Unity-app. Everything works aside from the fact that when we load our database it takes roughly 5 minutes before the Vuforia scene launches. Our database contains +/- 256 targets. This is only happening on Android. We got zero loading time on iOS.

When we run native without the Cordova wrapper we got a load time of fewer than 3 seconds.
When we run in the Cordova wrapper with only 5 targets it takes also less than 3 seconds.
