Image tracking lag

July 23, 2019 - 4:07pm #1

Vuforia SDK Version: 8.3.8 -

Description with steps to reproduce: Having 'track device pose' set to true cause's tracking lag to the object mapped to the marker. Especially visible while moving around the marker. Augmented object lags behind the movement, even though the camera feed is running smooth. The lag only impacts the augmented content. Issue is resolved if 'track device pose' is turned off. Using Unity 2019.1.0f2. Worked fine when using 8.1.x, issue started after updating to 8.3.8.

3D modelnot rendering properly

July 12, 2019 - 9:38am #1

Hello,

I'm relatively new in using Vuforia and I tried to do a simple App that will display on a 20 Philippine Peso Bill.

When I tried it on my friends Samsung s8 (Since y phone is not supported) the 3D model glitches out. It's UV maps and textures are all over the place.

It looks and works fine on the editor but In-app it's not working can't seem to find answers aywhere else and I need help.

Here is a screenshot of the App running: https://imgur.com/a/Ni5tSWX

iOS Export Issues

June 5, 2019 - 12:58pm #1

Hi all, and thanks in advance for your help and expertise.

We are working on building a marker-based AR app, displaying images and animations over various Image Targets we've loaded in through the normal database process on the developer website. We are developing in Unity on Mac OS, and continually building in Xcode on iOS devices to test.
