I tried to create a basic Image target with device database i created.
I got errors like : "Could not deactivate dataset", and "Dataset ____could not be loaded and cannot be activated"

can not access webcam of window tablet
i have build my image target app to UWP and export to app package by visual studio 2017 the problem is it can access webcam camera of my computer but can not access webcam of window tablet (Lenovo miix 510) please help me fix it , i use vuforia version 8.1.10
Vuforia AR Camera only shows pink, green and black buggy background on some Android devices. Requesting help.
We are using Unity 2018.4 and Vuforia 8.3 and we have a problem on Android devices as you can see in attachment.
We've tried another Unity and Vuforia versions and various variations but we couldn't resolve this problem.
Could you please give us information about why are we having this problem?

HoloLens 2: Unable to record videos using HoloLens Video Capture
I am working on a project where I want to record a video using "HoloLens Video Capture" ( https://docs.unity3d.com/2019.2/Documentation/Manual/windowsholographic-videocapture.html ) and at the same time I want to track a Vuforia-Image.
When I start the video capture via the start menu the video capture works and via the video capture script it does not. The red "recording-icon" is continuously flashing but the video stops after about 1 second.
calling VuforiaRenderer.Instance.VideoBackgroundTexture gives distorted image
Not entirely true. The output seems to be that Background Plane not the Cameras render. Adding OnRenderImage() renders over the Plane
The out to Game view is cropped and zoomed in that is not obvious from the background plane.
So you need to build a different mechinisum to render and force the final output back into that background plane and not serenader the scene in front of the plane

Project with old version of vuforia
I need to work on a project that have Unity 2018.3.0b12 Vuforia 8.0.10. But it seems that this version of vuforia is no longer available.
When i download Unity 2018.3.0f2 it comes with Vuforia 7.5.26. and i can only upgrade to version 8.1.10.
With the version 7.5.6, I get erros in some vuforia scripts:

Description with steps to reproduce: Mobile app developed with Unity 2019.2 is forced into portrait mode (Project Settings-> Resolution and Presentation-> Default orientation: Portrait (only mode, no autorotate)
Turn the device to landscape mode and open another app by opening a share dialog.
Return to the app with the device in landscape mode.
The result is the AR content is rotated, not matching the position it had.The main AR camera is rotated around the Y axes by an angle, most of the time 90 degrees.

Description with steps to reproduce: I just installed the latest Unity Hub, downloaded from Unity, and am following tutorial instructions to set up a Vuforia project. I'm told that in Player settings I should check "Vuforia Augmented Reality" under XR Settings. I don't have a checkbox, just a link under "XR Support Installers". That takes me to a download of UnitySetup-Vuforia-AR-Support-for-Editor-2018.4.15f1.pkg

I've made an app with three scenes in Unity with Vuforia (language selection, introduction, AR marker recognition). I had to use obb file to separate the content due to Google Play Market limitations.
