Hi, I am running into an issue with Vuforia where during Play Mode the image from my webcam is stuttering. Luckily, I have a little blue light on the webcam that tells me when it's on or off and it pulses in sync with the stuttering. The camera only stays on for about half a second then turns off for half a second leaving the last frame on the Unity webcam texture. I've tried this with multiple projects (I tried to do a project in 2019, but I ran into an unrelated error) and there has been no real success. Just to note it seems like it will track and "work" it just stutters.
I have done this with and without image targets. Also, with and without 3d objects nested under the image targets. The other day it worked just fine, but there literally was no reason. I went out of play mode then back in and it would stutter.
I really don't know what could be causing this behavior. If my description of the issue wasn't sufficient, please let me know and I will record the behaviour.
Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows
Mobile OS and Version: Android - but I am using the webcam
Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Logitech
Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:
No, and just writing this I have found that out. I think I am more confused than before... The camera is stable. Yet after taking one of the image targets putting my custom image the tracking doesn't pick up the image target.

Hey,
Can you try to upgrade to v10.3.2 and see if the issue persists?

It also happens with an older phone that is running Android 11.
I just tested Android 11 and
I just tested Android 11 and iOS and the problem happens there too.
The only platform it seems to work on is Windows desktop.
Please advise how to downgrade to an older version of 10, I could not find any way to do downgrade.

Update:
I found that the error doesn't actually affect tracking, The marker will detect and track fine, even with the error.
Also, it happens with every image I tried.
Hey there,
Hey there,
Can someone provide reproducible steps for this issue? Sadly on my device I do not seem to receive the error. You can also share a Unity project in .zip format through the attachments.
Kind regards,
