iOS 64-bit support now available in Vuforia 4.0

A new beta version of the Vuforia 4.0 SDK is now available for download. This update includes support for 64-bit apps on iOS and is compatible with Unity 4.6.1 patch p5 or newer. This beta release will help you get started developing and testing 64-bit apps on iOS.


We expect to deploy the commercial Vuforia 4.0 release at the end of February.

Assets\SamplesResources\SceneAssets\ImageTargets\Scripts\ModelSwap.cs(15,5): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'TrackableSettings' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

Fixing Vuforia Drift

Hey guys, so I'm trying to make my first AR project with Vuforia. I'm hoping to make it markerless and therefore dependant on GPS but I can't seem to get the world centre mode to work properly. word counter

My two options are:

Use Device Tracking Mode, but this seems to have some drift on the object where if I move my camera around enough it gets displaced from the original location. Is there a way to fix that somehow? Mobdro

Diffrent audios to diffrent image tragets

Hey I start using vuforia/unity few mounts from now and I mannage to write some script for the trackableeventhandler
And make some audio play when first image trager show and finsh sound when it out of frame But when i tray to make a new
Image target audio I get the same script I use in the first image traget..
How can I use diffrents sounds for diffrent image tragets. ?

I want to load Database and use it. in Vuforia

But when I load Databas, in AR Camera The "Database Load Behaviou"  My Database Selector switch" doesn't show.

Pleae Help me!

Optimized Marker for Tracking

Good Evening,

we're trying to optimize a makeready for a CNC-Machine via Unity for a HoloLens for a studying-project. Therefore we need to place our model as exactly as possible. We're using one image marker (barcode) for the positioning.

So i just have some "little questions" concerning the optimization of precision. I have not really found anything concerning that topic in the net.

Image target tracks well but does not detect

I am using a wine label as a marker and it has 5 stars in my target database however it takes a long time to be detected. Once detected it tracks really really well! What could cause this? I have found the only way to make it detect the label is to hold my finger over the camera to make it black and then try again, it usually takes 5-6 goes before it detects.

VideoPlayback frozen video on android

I have 10 image targets and 10 different videos attached to it. After I build and deploy the app on an android device all the targets are detected but the video is stuck on first frame or sometimes it plays but on a very low frame rate. I am using the latest version of unity. The app works fine when there are just 2 targets. If more than 3, the same problem occurs.
