Printing a large format version of the Vuforia Object Scanner target

Hello,

There have been infrequent requests on the forums for the ability to print the Vuforia Object Scanner target to sizes larger than the currently recommended maximum printable size of A3 with the 5.5.11 version of the tool.

Attached are updated versions of the Object Scanner target. These PDFs are scalable as they contain a vectorized image, instead of a bitmap. This means you can now print it to any scale without degradation.

AR for static large objects

Hi!

 

Is there a way with Vuforia create an augmented experience of a very large objects (like real scale buildings in front of you)? That you can walk around (if you are in some open space, of course), seeing all of it details in real scale?

Current extended tracking seems like not enough - after moving camera 3-5m away from tracker object dissapears..

The entire database attached to single ImageTarget

Can I assign the entrie database (device type, ~4000 images in my case) to a single ImageTarget? Im assuming that only 1 image will be in camera range at the same time. All I need is to print to console detected image name. Or I need to create 4000 ImageTargets on the scene? Is it even possible to handle 4000 images? Will the develop license be enough (personal use only)?

Event Trackable Behavior

I would like my image behavior to end after a certain amount of time after not being recognized. but still then i would like to reactivate its behavior after a if I would like to .

Glowing Object as Object Taget

Hello developer friends,

i need to setup a glowing object similar to the object in the attachment.

Do you have any tipps for scanning this kind of object?

Of course I followed the instructions on this page.

But maybe you got some ideas on how i can make it more recognizable.

Animation Overlay on Recognized Targets

Hie guys, I need your help, just started on Vuforia and Unity developing AR APP User manual. I am able to recognize objects and overlay models on them. How do I go about adding animations that will guide user about how to control microwave for example and provide more information about the particular object of interest. Issue is creating directional arrows and step guide on usage...

Foot Tracking in Unity

first of all, sorry for my poor English.

I have mentioned my question on the title. I want to develop an app that can tracking foot by camera and put 3D shoe object on it but I couldn't find the best way to do it. I have enough experience in Unity and augmented reality. I guess I have to improve my OpenCV skills to complete this project.

Do you have any idea how to do it? I researched for assets. I don't know if Vuforia's object recognition enough for this. Also there are opencv projects can track face and put a mask on it or track hands.

Multiple similar object targets in one DB

Good day! In our poject we use multiple object targets, scanned from globes. The differences between them are text labels, printed on various languages. Now we have only 2 languages and project works fine. But would there be any probjems with many similar object targets in one DB?
