I've been trying to contact customer support for weeks now, delaying the product day after day. I have sent multiple requests with questions:
If monthly payment is possible? If not, isn't the pricing very misleading?
Is it possible to receive a bill and pay it through the bank? Our number is simply not going through, even if it is verified by the bank.

Licence Key Encryption
I just purchased a new license key and I'm planning to publish my app, but I've seen that you recommend to encrypt license key before publishing andeven provide a link to an article that is supposed to explain this topic in details. Unfortunately there is no information provided how to encrypt/decrypt the key, just a note that we should do it.
License pricing options
I would like to know more about basic license pricing options. Here are my questions:
- Is it possible to pay monthly?
- Is there a discount system ex. if we would buy license for second year, etc. ?
- If app is free on Google Play does the same rates apply?
What license should i Get?
If i want to make multiple custom simple apps which license should i get? example: can i make custom AR photo album for friend A. Then make custom photo album AR for friend B. and custom photo album AR for friend C and so on. is this allowed in basic?
I've purchased the licence which is limited to 1000 recos, when in development mode we will use Reco quite often until the project is working 100% currently was at the pointy end of completing the scan using my network team to build an application/server library./dashboard unfortunately haven't been able to nail the issue as of yet however now have suspension lock.

Device Database Info & Reco Limit
I am creating an app where i am creating 100 device database
each database contain 200 images
so total 200x100 = 20000 images
When my app user scan, we check in only 1 database at a time based on user selection out of 100 database (it means at a particular point only single database of 200 images load)
So i am planning to go for Basic Plan
1. is there any limit on database creation in single Basic Plan account
