How do i check how many initialization have been done for my application? I have a Vuforia liscense, but i would like to know if

1) As a developer, is there a easy method to check the number of initilizations

2) If not, how do i know if its reaching my limit, and i do not want to exceed the monthly initializations.

URGENT~ one month licence

I would like to buy a licence for one month.  This is a small project and it only runs for a week.  I don't have the budget to pay for a whole year.  Is it possible to buy a month.  I have contacted the help desk several times for weeks about this now and have not gotten a response.  I want to launch the project in two days now.  please will you let me purchase one month.  Is there a number I can phone to chat to someone?  I'm at a loss of how to speak to someone from vuforia about this.

- i'm using external USB Camera,

- i need to access Advanced camera API

- i only use image targets

- my app make not any revenue. but, i get pay for production.

- my app is installed just two device(might be changed in future).

VAT problem from Italy

Hi Vuforia staff,

I need to buy the Basic license, but it says my VAT is "not valid for cross border transactions".

I work as a Freelance, in Italy.

My Italian "Partita Iva" is 02206840510

I wrote "IT02206840510" on the form, but it didnt work.

Waiting for your help to solve this problem.

License Key has been changed

I have a key that is in use since Qualcomm had provided. The license had been suspended around 3 weeks ago and restored now. However, after the restoration, there is an issue in some devices that the license key has been cancelled.

So I have checked the developer portal and found out that the key I am using is different from one in the developer portal. You may think the key is changed after the restoration, but the key in the portal is not changed, it was different even before the suspension.

One Basic License across devices

I am planning to buy a "Basic License" which is $42 per month. My application will have only image targets. This app will be installed in various devices. Using Basic License, how many devices can I install this single app to? Is there a limit?

URGENT: License Renewal - lack of response

I was sent notification that our license was going to expire due to incorrect billing details. I updated the billing information prior to the license being suspended and it was still suspended. 

Now our live app is non-functional.

I sent a follow-up support request Case #15623890 and I did not receive a timely response.

Why is there no way in the portal to pay and reinstate the license in a timely fashion? I see others have had this same issue, this really is creating a hardship where there should not be one.

Please help.

Licence Renewal

Hi there,

We have been trying to contact someone to help us renew one of our licences (The AugMent) which has recently expired. But it has been more than a week and there is still no follow up! How can we reach the right person to renew it for us? Email doesn't seem to get through to anyone?
