Vuforia no license found
Hello! I'm very new to Vuforia and I'm wondering why isn't my license working? I've put the license in the app license key section but when I try test run in Unity it says that theres no license found.
What 'plan' is most suitable if developing work for Hospital use?
Lets say in some point in the future, I work with Hospitals to use my AR Vuforia projects for Medical Health use, and in clinical settings, I obviously have to pay Vuforia for this with the plans.
But what is the most appropriate plan I would need to use? ATM I think the 'Basic' plan is the most suitable..
What will happen to the Cloud Database when unsubscribing (Basic + Cloud)?

Hi, I have a question. If I buy a subscription (Basic + Cloud) $99/mo and I will pay it every month for 6 months.
And in my cloud database there will be 500-700 Target images of my users.
If I stop paying for the subscription, then the user will not be able to access?
Or will the cloud base remain operational?
Your information on pricing is a little confusing and vague to say the least.
We are looking at an app that has a very limited user time usage - one weekend to be exact.
So can we purchase the Basic + Cloud package for one month only ?
The Basic package states that it can only be purchased annually, is this also the case for the Basic + Cloud which doesn't state that it's billed annually.
I have the Vuforia Pro License. However the watermark is on my app. How do I remove the watermark? Also, How do I check the type of license that I have?

My license is to continue until January 14, 2021.

Their license "AR Vuforia Engine Consumer App-Enterprise" will be renewed until January 14, 2021.

I've been trying to contact customer support for weeks now, delaying the product day after day. I have sent multiple requests with questions:
If monthly payment is possible? If not, isn't the pricing very misleading?
Is it possible to receive a bill and pay it through the bank? Our number is simply not going through, even if it is verified by the bank.

Licence Key Encryption
I just purchased a new license key and I'm planning to publish my app, but I've seen that you recommend to encrypt license key before publishing andeven provide a link to an article that is supposed to explain this topic in details. Unfortunately there is no information provided how to encrypt/decrypt the key, just a note that we should do it.

I would like to know more about basic license pricing options. Here are my questions:
- Is it possible to pay monthly?
- Is there a discount system ex. if we would buy license for second year, etc. ?
- If app is free on Google Play does the same rates apply?
