We have some questions regarding billing and how it is calculated for Cloud Recognition.
We have been trying to contact someone to help us renew one of our licences (The AugMent) which has recently expired. But it has been more than a week and there is still no follow up! How can we reach the right person to renew it for us? Email doesn't seem to get through to anyone?
Hi, I'm having a hard time getting an API-Key from our newly licensed VIP License.
We just got a VIP Vuforia Engine VIP License for our company, and I already performed the first steps (account activation with SON).
What I wanted to do next is getting an API-Key, which can be used for the Unity plugin. What I see is the Product + SON and SCN...

Can I change the license key of my Cloud DataBase?
We have an app that is using a develop license key to access cloud database , recently it's reaching the 1000 recos limit .
We do have a paid basic + cloud key in our developer account , can you please let me know if I can replace the develop license key with our paid key? If so how can I do it in target manager. Also if the license key can be replaced , will the Database Server Access Keys change ?

It is not easy for a new individual developer to afford a license
I'm an new individual and independent developer who wants to be able to publish a little AR app to make progress in the AR app business.
In my circunstances it is not easy to afford a paid license. Also, we are in a country with a very devaluated currency and economic crisis and paying a licence in usd is not an option.
Purchase a PRO license
We used an incomplete version of the license, tested our application and are now ready to present it to the world.
We had a limit of 1000 views per month. Now this is not enough for us, and we want to buy the extended version.
We have written more than 6 letters of support, no one answers us, we do not know where else to write to continue working. The app is not working right now and we are very saddened. Please help us as soon as possible ... we really look forward to and hope only for you!
