Hello,

    we are company from Czech republic.

we need more things...

we have app "3drealita" download from app store and google play...

we have cloud recognize app... so we can put image target at vuforia and put meta data with url of video...

so we can put new video without actualization app...

we want put the buttons(after click on this button => play video) on image target without actualization app...

we need put the meta data  url with youtube video... at cloud vuforia ... now it not working

can you learn us this thing? Or build it? for money?

How to destroy target created by calling dataset.Load()

I want to dynamically load and destroy datasets. The load and activate is ok.  Even deactivate is ok.  However, when I try to destroy the dataset,  it generates errors as

Could not destroy trackable with id 1

Could not destroy trackable with id 2

 

code :

tracker.Stop ();

tracker.DeactivateDataSet (m_Dataset);

tracker.DestroyDataSet (m_Dataset, true);

Vuforia Introduce New Studio for AR and 2D development

Hi,

Vuforia finally introduce AR studio for developers , the easiest augmented reality creation tool. May be no more programming skills are needed for basic development. It allow us to add Add 3D models, videos , 2D images sprites and much more with interaction to create interactive content.

May be it reduce the dependency like Unity3D/Android studio etc.

As a developer I am expecting open code, possibly allow to export code and change it according to my requirements (hate restrictions like wikitude). As per I know newly introduced Vuforia studio allow us to create VR(real world) and 2D(Onscreen) projects and also provide drag and drop 3D world functionality like Unity. But the sad thing is that it is beta phase and not accessible to common user(developer) . I am pretty much excited about it , If anyone have more info like when it will be accessible or anyone know more features about studio please share!

i am willing to pay someone who will solve my issue: I have successfully enabled 3d object detection through vuforia in Unity. I have attached a crosshair (reticle) at the centre of the screen in screenspace overlay. when the user moves his phone over the 3d object which is produced upon object detection, I want a label to appear when crosshair crosses different parts of the 3d object. I tried many methods including, collision, cursor and reticle. It is not working. Is there any easy way to implement this so that I can use event trigger pointer enter to make few things happening on the game. plz pm me

I'm urgently looking for somene that is familiar with this issue and can provide fast turnaround.We have and AR app and everything is done but we are having issues with spliting app for publishing into apk and obb, as Vuforia have issues with that.

Hi Vuforia Dev Community, I'm interested in getting some Dev help on this project or turning it completely over to a developer. It involves scanning an printed advertisement for a Dental Product so the Dentist can see what the device will look like in their practice. The main push for this is that the product has been completely redesigned to take up a smaller footprint making it less obtrusive. We are working with a 3D artist who will provide the models/textures of the product. To get started I would need some initial quotes based on the criteria below.
