Here is a guide to the capabilities of VuMarks for each Vuforia license type:
unfortunately our VuMarks fails while uploading to Target Manager. We made sure that everything is set up correctly in Adobe Illustrator. Could someone help us out? I attached both files.
I tried using the VuMark MortonTuxedos Example in my HoloLens2 Application, when i try to scan it, nothing happens. (For testing purposes i wanted to show a sphere on top of it). The license key is correct. I also downloaded the generated VuMark from the Target Manager.
Maybe i got the sizes wrong, i want a 5cm wide image so i tried 50 and 0.05 for the VuMark target, i saw both variations on youtube tutorials but it didn't work for me.
Hi, with Adobe Illustrator 2021 the export runs into the error "This document was not created with VuMark-Setup script!". This happens even to the tuxedo and the chateau example as well as my own vumark which was verified correctly. I already searched the internet and the forums here but there was no solution. Can you please help? I also tried other Illustrator Versions.
Is there unlimited vumark in a basic plan? The documentation written that there are limits. In price i see green check at basic plan but I don't know if in the plan are limits.
In VuMark tracking, we are facing a problem with losing/stopping AR Experience once an angle on tracking an object is near by a ceiling. tracking around a ceiling works sometimes, but it does not work sometimes. We do not know in what case this problem can be occuring or what environmental factor can be causing this problem.
Can you share an insight or recommendation to fix this issue if you have similar experience?
We are developing a function to view AR Experience data with adjusting a distance and we are encountering one issue.
A displayed window gets black when a distance is adjusted with Far value on Clipping Planes in a camera. Can you let me know how to fix this problem if you have experienced similar issue?
Hi everyone, I'm making an AR android app using Unity and Vuforia wich works in the following way: when I detect a target, I search the target Id through a database and from that database I get the data wich will be overlayed on the target with some kind of UI. The thing is, do you think that using VuMarks would be the most appropriate way to approach this problem or do you think there's a better solution? Thanks in advance.
