Vuforia Privacy Policy

Hi,

Is there any Vuforia method in place to manage queries about Privacy policy concerns?

Let me explain a bit and offer some context.

I have been developing apps with the Vuforia SDK and published them on iOS and Google Play without any problems, always attaching the EULA and the required sections request by Vuforia were the user accepts the collection of data.

Here in my country (MX) it is a requirment to add a Privacy Policy in addition to the EULA where we advice what kind of data is being collected.

The collected data made by Vuforia is not considered personal neither sensitive, however I need to put in place a method in case a user want to ask to remove its collected data or refuses to once we used the app.

I need to know the process in the remote case someone rises a concern about the collected data. For legal purposes we as developer should know the process too in order to respond to the user questions and concerns.
