Hope to see some help from Vuforia experts for the below errors am encountering.
1.Scanning the tracker Image/object is giving an "X" like symbol/ pendulum like symbol displayed on a white background on top of target image - which should be the play symbol.
2. Clicking on the symbol on top of the white background and on top of the image target , is playing the video directly on the device /iPhone instead of the 3d polygon object/target Image.
Please see the attached pic ( for the white background am referring to)
Note: This is perfectly working on Android, and more over- am able to see the dots/like stars during the scan process in 5.3.0f version where as the latest version somehow is not bringing in the shining dots during the scanning process.

I would wait a bit longer, then see if you can move away, then back to the tracker to see if it starts to play.
If it becomes the X marker (error). How many videos do you use? how long are they?
