Question about AR license etc.

My English are bad, (sorry for that) that's the reason im not so familiar with terms of use, licenses what im allowed or not to do with vuforia AR.

So i have this question!!! Let's say i create an application and the only thing i do is that : i take the Image Target example and change the 3d shame 

to one of my own!!! can i then put this app in google play?? if no, what i have to do ??

You are free to use the code provided with the samples in your own apps. There are no additional obligations in that regard.
