Camera is not working in Unity 5.1.1

Vuforia SDK Version: 4.2.3 -Description with steps to reproduce:

Hello, I just did a small test with the latest version of Unity3D (5.1.1) and everything is working fine when I build a version for my smartphone but when I try to work with the webcam Unity is not responding! can you please help me?

P.S.: my OS is Windows 7 64bit, and my Unity version is the Free one

-Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows -Mobile OS and Version: Android, Lollipop -Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Sony Xperia Z2 -Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:

Are you using the 32bit or the 64bit version of the Unity 5 Editor ?

On Windows, Vuforia 4.x supports the 32bit version of the Unity 5 Editor (while on Mac OSX you can use the 64bit version).
