Now I use unity to create an arcamera and a cube. When I run on a mobile phone that supports arcore, the cube is in the world coordinates, but when I run on a mobile phone that does not support arcore, the cube is displayed in the middle of the screen. How can I put the cube in the world coordinates on a non arcore mobile phone
The picture on the left is displayed on non arcore phones, and the picture on the right is the effect on arcore enabled phones

Are you using the Ground Plane object to position the cube? You shouldn't have the object floating in space without it being attached to a target.
